Is Orb Radio free?+
Yes. All radio streaming is free and unlimited. Orb Radio+ ($0.99/month) adds convenience features like AirPlay and extended song history — radio itself stays free.
Why won't a station play?+
Stations are provided by third-party broadcasters and may go offline, change URLs, or geo-restrict their stream. Try Hop to find another station, or search for the station name to find an alternate stream.
Do I need an account to listen?+
No. You can browse, search, and stream any station without signing in. Sign in with Google to save favorites and sync history across devices.
How do I cancel Orb Radio+?+
On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Orb Radio+. On web: manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked in your account settings, or email support@orbradio.com.
How do I restore purchases on iOS?+
Open the Orb Radio+ paywall and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored if you have an active Orb Radio+ subscription linked to your Apple ID.
Does Orb Radio work in a Tesla?+
Yes. Open the Tesla browser and go to orbradio.com/tesla for a driving-friendly layout with large controls and one-tap Hop. Bookmark that URL for quick access from your car.
Does Orb Radio work offline?+
No. Orb Radio streams live broadcasts over the internet. An active internet connection is required to listen.
How does location work?+
Orb Radio uses your approximate IP location to show nearby stations. On mobile, you can optionally grant GPS access for more accurate recommendations. Location is never required to listen.
How do I delete my account?+
Email support@orbradio.com with your account email and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
