Agreement

By using Orb Radio (orbradio.com and the Orb Radio mobile application), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Orb Radio is a live internet radio discovery and playback service. We connect you to broadcaster-provided live streams via the Radio Browser directory. We do not host, rebroadcast, record, or download station audio. Station availability and content are controlled by the broadcasters.

Free Listening

Radio streaming on Orb Radio is free and unlimited. No account is required to browse, search, or listen to stations.

Orb Radio+ Subscription

Orb Radio+ is an optional subscription ($0.99/month) that adds convenience features such as AirPlay on iOS and extended song history. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web). You may cancel at any time. Radio listening remains free without a subscription. Refunds are handled by the respective payment platform.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google to save stations and sync history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Orb Radio for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems
• Record or redistribute station streams obtained through Orb Radio
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

Orb Radio's name, logo, design, and software are our property. Station names, logos, and broadcast content belong to their respective broadcasters. We make no claim to third-party content.

Disclaimer

Orb Radio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, stream quality, or station availability. Broadcasters may change, restrict, or remove their streams at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orb Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
